Topics will include:  All forms required by DOS / Agency Disclosure, Listing Agreements, Property Disclosure Forms, Lead Paint Disclosure, Filling out MLS Listing Forms, Binder/Offer Forms, procedures and techniques in showing a Property, how to do a Listing Presentation, how to get an offer and present to Seller, how to Price a property for Sale, how to create a Comparative Market Analysis, Procedure in Sale, Procedure in a Rental.

This Course is designed for the New Agent that guidance & training, or for the seasoned agent that needs to go back to the basics in Sales training.

It’s a 3 day course. The instructor will teach, step by step how to sell Real Estate.  Questions are always welcomed during the course.
