Real Estate Salesperson
You think you are a person who loves to learn more about people, and to learn more about community issues, to learn more about life. The real estate salesperson is the right career for you. The QSREI is offering complete the 75-hour Salesperson’s Qualifying Course covering real estate law, regulations, and procedures.
Real Estate Broker
You already have been a real estate salesperson for more than 2 years and want to share your experience with others. Our real estate broker course is the right fit for this goal. In order to qualify for licensure as a real estate broker, an applicant must have at least two years of experience in the general real estate field.
Boot Camp Sales
Continuing Education
All licensees submitting a renewal for a license expiring prior to July 1, 2021 are required to successfully complete 22.5 hours of approved continuing education, including at least 3 hours of instruction pertaining to fair housing and/or discrimination in the sale or rental of real property or an interest in real property and at least one hour of instruction pertaining to the law of agency except in the case of the initial two-year licensing term for real estate salespersons, two hours of agency related instruction must be completed within the two-year period immediately preceding a renewal.
30 Hr. Remedial Course
If you completed the 45 Hour Sales Qualifying Course PRIOR to July 1, 2008, and DID NOT apply for your real estate license on or before June 30, 2008, you will need to complete the 30 Hour Remedial Gap Licensing Course before submitting your license application to the Department of State.
