Queens School of Real Estate,
Inc, is an institution that provides state-of-the-art
teaching methods taught by Certified Instructors. Classes average 20
students to 1 instructor.
The courses are designed for easy
understanding. With the experience of our Certified Instructors, the
students will finish their courses with confidence to pursue the State
examination. All course textbooks and literature have been approved by
the Department of State.
Our Pledge: If
the students fail to pass the State Exam, they may re-take the school
course at no charge, within (6) months of the State exam.
The course schedules are set to
accommodate the student. This class is given on the Weekdays and
Weekends. See course locations and schedules.
The classes are taught in our
specially designed classrooms, a color coordinated, comfortable
setting, promoting an acceptable learning environment. The school is
easily accessible from all main highways and is a short walk from public
transportation .
Effective July 1, 2005, The Division of Licensing Services replaced the real estate salesperson and broker walk-in examination system with an online reservation examination
scheduling system for Albany, New York City, Franklin Square, Hauppauge and Newburgh Exam
Centers.
